I have the same issue as ellima93. I can't even get the war table mission. I get all the new weapns and acesories, but no mission. Anyone have any suggestions (other than restarting over again, that is always an option).

New bug:
The Inquisitor constantly stays in "attack mode" even when there are no enemies nearby. It makes it impossible to fast travel, or to even leave the map to go to a different area.
i have to keep restarting the game, and it's getting irritating.

The Charging Bull perk, Light on Your Feet, is bugged for me. I only run for a second or so and then stop in my tracks. I even tried holding the ability button down (even though that's not necessary, I realize), but no change. I switch to the other perk and it works fine. Anyone else having this problem? I didn't find any results on Google search. Thanks.

Is it a bug that the final scene with everyone is blurry? Or a feature because it it's a feature that's a slap in the face to everyone. The scene with all your companions is an excellent screenshot moment.

I'm experiencing bugs on PS4.
1. I've got sound glitches, magic staff sounds become muted during combat. Haven't found the cause yet.
2. Iron Bull will freeze on the spot during combat, this seems to happen in the main game and DLC's as well. I've tried changing his behavior A.I. but nothing helps.
3. Demons I've encountered in Trespasser appear to have almost invincible barriers even on casuel difficulty. I've tried adding barrier damage upgrades to armor and weapons but nothing seems to help. It simply becomes a boring fight of attrition given that my abilities appear to be powerless against demons with barriers.
Qunari enemies with Barriers don't seem to be a problem though.
4. So far I've only experienced one dialogue bug and that is Teagan believing a very dead Gaspard is emperor of Orlais.
5. I've experienced multiple error messages but I believe this is tied to the lungs and slash ability.
It would seem that every time I replay Trespasser I'm constantly running into more issues.
I hope Bioware's working on a patch because it would be a terrible shame to leave DA:I in this state.

I can only guess its a bug. Yeah, I had the blurry screen, super disappointing.

The gears in Darvaarad don't work for some reason. One might work but I can't escape the turning until I choose another party member and when I try to turn another gear, the arrows don't move at all regardless of how long I'm turning it for

On PC, with all non-item DLC:
1.
As of patch 1.10, companions no longer gain approval, or at least the notification for approval increase does not show. Approval decrease notifications still show as normal.
Tested by judging prisoners, and activating ancient elven artifacts with Solas in party.
Might be restricted to old saves that have gone through multiple patch cycles.
2.
On Nightmare, the level 24 Emissary Alphas in Descent re-cast barrier every time they lose 1000HP. Barrier requires two dispels to take down. Not sure if this is in line with intended difficulty.
3.
Sera's diary in Skyhold still has malformatted HTML tags. Seeing five or ten <i>(crossed out)<i> in a text just about every player will eventually see after several patch cycles makes QA look kind of incompetent.
4.
Skyhold tavern now appears to be missing its music.
5.
Skyhold bard is missing her lute.
6.
Companions are getting stuck during combat more often -- they will become unresponsive to all commands issued by the AI or by the player via the Tactical Camera system. This appears to be an animation system glitch. Manually switching to the character and forcing them to jump unsticks the character.
7.
Combining Rogue's Stealth or Mage's Fade Cloak with certain actions during combat appears to cause the game to lose track of the character's position. Sometimes switching to the glitched character will result in the party being thrown to some random area on the edge of the map nor normally accessible; sometimes switching to the glitched character will just cause the camera to have a seizure. This can be reproduced most easily by having archer Sera in party with Leaping Shot and Stealth set to preferred, fighting the Jaws of Hakkon dragon boss on Nightmare difficulty. Odds are that she will glitch at some point.

Oh and I also noticed that dispell was no longer destroying the spawning points during fade rifts.

That shop is normal. It opens a random shop from the world, and it shows up after completing a war table operation you get from Bonnie Sims. (I haven't heard that they changed it in Patch 10, so I'm assuming you must have done the operation recently.)1.10 seems to have introduced an invisible shop to Skyhold. Located to the left of Farris the Representative, between his stall and Blackwall's barn.
There is a stall for it, but it's tied to the Short List perk for whatever reason. If you get that perk before doing the operation, you see a stall with no store that you can interact with; as you discovered, if you do the operation without getting the perk, there's just a store floating in the air there.

Found a game breaking glitch. If you go and fight the arcane horrors in the abandoned Orlesian mansion after you pick up the Qunari Orders but before you return to the Winter Palace, the quest will revert to the step before you picked up the Qunari Orders and it will tell you to look for information on the Qunari. But with the orders already picked up, the quest can not complete.
Found this out after soloing with my mage on Nightmare. What a waste. Not mad though. I always planned on reloading and taking a full party. Still, this is a bad bug.
EDIT: May have found the cause. I just played for real this time with a full party, and I see that leaving through the eluvian in the temple to go back to the Crossroads is supposed to trigger a cutscene showing you back at the palace. In my solo run this cutscene did not play. This might be because I was alone, or it might be because I clicked the use key twice, which skips the "walking through" animation. I don't think I hit the use key twice, but I may have.

Did some more digging with the save game editor, and it seems that it's a much more minor bug:
Characters stop gaining approval once they reach the approval cap of 125. Before, the game would still tell us whether or not they approve of an action by pretending that they are gaining approval despite being at cap. Now, the game only shows actual approval change.

I recall a post from an employee on the EA support forum that there would be a patch for Trespasser, but now can't find it. I assume that there will be a capstone patch to resolve major bugs and crashes, within the limits of their resources. Bioware usually announces patches shortly before they go live, so we probably won't hear anything definitive until then.

This is the way it's always worked.Characters stop gaining approval once they reach the approval cap of 125. Before, the game would still tell us whether or not they approve of an action by pretending that they are gaining approval despite being at cap. Now, the game only shows actual approval change.
You'll still see disapproval messages (unless you actually reach the -75 floor), but approval messages no longer show up once you hit 125. (You also can't get partial approval, so something that would put you above the cap, like a +5 approval gain when you're at 123 for example, won't do anything at all.)
If you got feedback in the past, it's because you weren't actually at the cap. (The approval steps are 1, 5, and 20, so a single greatly disapproves can take a long time to negate.)
I got stuck in bullet time in the Arbor Wilds once. It's something that comes up every so often (it's not specific to the DLC or the latest patch).Infinite Slow-mo
You should just need to save/load (or reload if you're still in combat).

I got infinite time freeze for my whole party right as I beat the Guardian. It was funny. Reactivating Electric Flask and letting it wear off restored the flow of time. But in mine, all were moving at the regular speed, as if they all had Sera's ability.

Yes, my mesh and shaders are set to ultra, but I still get those horrible greasy hair for some reason ._.
Not game breaking, but annoying regardless. And also, any hair mods I instaled show up just in cutscenes, ingame hair is vanilla.

And there it is. The green full body special effects that I know are from Trespasser. So I went through the routine again, this time uninstalling all my mods. No change.
Hey. It ain't easy being green, especially so early in the game. I play a mage, got a little carried away with the Barnabus shop mod Amulet of Power deal and so I am maxed out on levels. I wasn't looking for challenging, I was looking for a fast end to the game and a satisfying conclusion to Trespasser. Anybody got any ideas?
Oh, and while I'm at it are PC users still stuck with just the one row?

I got this too on PS4. Do you have Blackwall in your party? I found that his Line In The Sand does this. I turned that ability off and now it works fine.

Not sure if this is due to Trespasser, but I've just had 50 hours of gameplay go down the drain. Although I have the needed approval -- much more than needed in fact -- I can't trigger Solas' "Back to Heaven" cutscene nor can I talk to him at all after Skyhold except about Corypheus. So, no Heaven, no personal quest, nothing. I've tried everything and nothing works. It's maybe worth mentioning that this happened after I loaded an earlier save and needed to start the first Solas convo in Skyhold once more. I knew that Skyhold loading could present problems with judgment cutscenes, but is the first time it happened with a companion.
I've read that people had similar problems last year, but I thought they were solved in the meantime via patches. Could this be due to Trespasser messing something up?

I was really looking forward to this.
Here's what I've done, and none of it works. I am a PC user.
· Removed mods. Went to War Table, accepted mission, ventured forth.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· Went back to war table, accepted mission, wandered Hinterlands then Crestwood (btw, once I engaged an enemy, my party continued in battle mode even though there were no enemies or even other beings in the vicinity. I had to manually disengage and quickly bring up the map so I could travel, otherwise everybody would enter battle mode again. I had to try multiple times because the timing had to be just so), returned to Skyhold and tried to fast travel to Halamshiral.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· Made sure I was in beige pj's. back to war table to try again.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· verified no trials selected and changed horse from giant nug to Fereldan Forder, back to war table.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· all 'lunge and slash' abilities disabled for all warriors, back to war table.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· switched to windowed full screen with no borders, back to war table.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· changed to regular window, back to war table.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
· Deleted Patch folder, ran repair, adjusted version number in package.mft file, back to war table.
o Loading screen started then CTD.
I don't know of anything else to try.
Okay. I even replayed the final battle and redid some of these things. No luck until I left war table and then used the World Map to travel to the Peace Conference, exalted council, whatever. Success! Talked to all the people, changed clothes, etc. Everything was fine until I tried to enter the Eluvian. CTD. CTD. CTD.
I didn't know what to do. Finally, after scouring through old posts regarding issues in main game from months ago, I turned off multi-sample anti-aliasing. I even have a couple of mods, though they don't show. I have gone through more than one eluvian, and that's all I'm saying about that. If you're having problems, try this.
