Other Rogue Toggle tests
Stealth/Clinging Shadows vs. Flank Attack/Skirmisher: I'm hoping this is just a bug, but this combination conflicts. Instead of staying in stealth after completing Skirmisher, you pop out of stealth after 3 seconds.
Stealth/Clinging Shadows vs. Leaping Shot/Shot from the Shadows: same problem, these conflict. Instead of returning to stealth after the shot, you only get 3 seconds.
Hook and Tackle/No Escape: this doesn't seem to do much. The animation/visual is similar to "To the Death", but it doesn't seem to do anything. The target is not paralyzed, still does attacks to other party members (it's not like a Taunt), still attacks you, and you don't seem to get any bonuses.
Deathblow/Surprise Attack: this works, same 100% bonus hit, but it is very difficult to find someone in a mob that isn't damaged! Works best as initial attack coming out of stealth on an unsuspecting mob. EDIT: The 50% threshold does apply, so if the target for the skill has 50% or more of health, they get hit by the bonus attack.
Evade/Shadow Step: this is just a different, faster animation. Doesn't seem to have much combat value, other than being faster. You don't stay in stealth at the end of the move.
