Damn shame it is limited to the DLC and if she is Devine. Best looking armor Bioware has ever made. Even the helmet is cool (you know for a Divine) and that is something Bioware NEVER dose.
Cassandra's Devine armor is awesome!

I guess that is one area where, at least for such formal occasions, Cass reluctantly ceded to tradition with a mind for choosing her battles. Though bulky robes can also hide some armor underneath. 
And I'd expect her to always be armed for sure, even if it's just a dagger in a boot or up a sleeve.

Confirmed: 99% of players have Cassandra as Divine.
That robe isn't Cassandra exclusive, it's Divine exclusive, meaning Vivienne can use it too.
