What if we had the option to romance ourselves? Some people are so self-centered and in love with their own personalities, they should give our player character the same options. We could start by having mental conversations with ourselves, getting to know ourselves better, taking ourselves out someplace nice for a self date, and have the eventual fade to black romance scene with ourselves and maybe a nice bottle of lotion. We could even get a loyalty bonus for being so considerate of ourselves, maybe a Smugness bonus power that makes insults in conversations bounce off our egos.

I know this might not be what you meant, but I'd laugh if your character was like "you're the only one that matters to me" as they stare passionately at their hand. Have the romance scene music play, and then screen goes to black. 

 

This can only be done if you started a romance with 2 or more people and broke off with them. If that happened. That'd be a funny little Easter egg, otherwise...
