I know I am not the only one having this problem. I entered the code online and it said that it would be unlocked in-game and I can't find either the weapon or the armour. I am playing as a Soldier so it should definitely be showing up.

I'm having the same problem.

same problem for me although my xbox says it has been downloaded, (got the little pop up saying download complete) and the content shows as downloaded but damned if i can find it. Not on personal comp or in armory.



I asked on here earlier and someone said it was cause my character is a vanguard but if soldier characters arn't finding it either now I am wondering again.

You have to make sure you restart your game after the content is downloaded before it shows up

I did. Multiple times. The code was entered at about 1:00 pm EST yesterday.

I punched in the code onine but the armor set was never sent to my xbox, the dragon age armor was there, but not the ME2 armor the system that EA set up that you have to go to the website and punch in the code is ridiculous My e-mail addresses are all the same where is my F%$# armor!

Yeah, I have the Dragon Age armour, but not the Collector stuff.

same here my account on masseffect.com says that they are for the pc/mac but i have the 360 version and i can never get through to anyone at ea

Ditto. There definitely should have been some clarification about this process, or, better yet, some standardization between ALL the download processes. Why was it so easy to get my Dragon Armor and to activate Cerberus but not the Collector stuff?

Because the BioWare/EA teams, being the geniuses they are, didn't want to go through Microsoft for their DLC. Look how well that turned out.

So did I waste the codes or can I just change the email adress and crap on my 360? Also, I tried changing the windows live stuff to get it to work. I really don't want to buy the dlc since it already came with the game. So what should I do? Anyone have any clue at all?

Call EA, they should be able to link your account, from what I've seen in this thread - See here

I also but in every code I have - the EA site shows that they are all active. They are downloaded according to the game but I see nada. (Inferno armor, collectors stuff, etc).

I put my code into an account i had just made and noticed that i hadnt putin my gamertag for the account yet so when i started up ME2 Nothing shows up and when i try to add a persona it says that Gamertag is already taken plz help!

They have to make everything difficult even entering a frigin code.
