I've seen various playthrough where celene rules alone and the dialogue clearly refers to celene.

In my current game, Celene rules alone and Teagan got it right for once.

I think this is a bug in the base game, not just trespasser. I reunited Celene and Briala, but in the Arbor Wilds Celene talks to Josephine about a live Gaspard making her life difficult. Also, the Inquisition soldiers who randomly spawn with a chest will sometimes say where it came from, and they once mentioned both Gaspard and Celene taking credit for it even though Gaspard was dead.

I noticed a trend. On my play through where I reconciled Celene and Briala I got the bug. Whenever Celene ruled alone on my other 2 games, there was no bug. This is on ps4

Inq still refers to "putting an Emperor on the throne" when picking the upper left dialogue (not sure about the others) in the last council scene with Celene and Briala reconciled.
