For those who dunno, the Potara thing is from Dragon Ball Z. A reference to the Potara Earring Fusion, in which two people each place an earring on one of their ears, one left, the other right, and they are then magically fused together into one new being with the qualities of both original people merged into a new identity.

 

In other words, he's asking if he can merge his accounts into one.

There isn't really a way to merge your account because your other account no longer exists. When you delete your account you delete all references to it and your posts get marked as being made by a guest user.
