Disband (angry) and try to save our friend from himself.
That's what I did.

Disband with nonagression option and prove to Solas to not destroy the world. Enough is enough I say at trying to play the saviour to everyone. Losing a hand, friends betraying and a friend wanting to destroy the world, well that pushed my inquisitor to the limit. I'd rather take a small group of allies to get the job done now.
Came in thinking to disband, then started to think about keeping it, then ultimately chose to disband.
Vivienne is Divine, so she doesn't really need the help in keeping the Chantry stable.
My Inquisitor went with the thumbs up, agree to disband approach. I thought this would be a good way for the world to get back to a "normalcy" and ease tensions internationally, and this also gave the Inquisitor a chance to start over somewhere else. This also had the Inquisition end on a high note, going down as a big positive in history and society.
The Seekers are being rebuilt, the Inquisitor and Cassandra are a couple, the Inquisitor's friends are still in contact and spread around Thedas, and by starting small again, he can build a new team that is focused on stopping Solas (Inquisitor is a bit of an idealist and wishes to redeem Solas). All the connections and even a dedicated force (Seekers) are present, but it's not something Solas is entirely familiar with, like the Inquisition.
So wait. There's no option to just continue the Inquisition as you see fit? Cuz my quisie would never willingly give up the power he's amassed but if that power is supposed to be chained to the same kind of organization that was so utterly ineffectual he's not gonna wanna be tied to that either. Hmm. Decisions.
I loved the happy disband option at first (we did it, we're going home!), but when I saw the angry disband - hell yeah, I'm going to save the world again! And Solas.
And the ending, looking for Solas, trying to change his mind, seeing him in dreams - well, that was great. And, of course, I chose "I'm not giving up on you" option.
I'm just worried he may die in the end.
You're giving oversight to the Divine (to possibly give peace of mind to the neighboring nations), who you most likely helped put in that position, or disbanding.
I think I'll keep the disband option for my canon, but it's not like you are relinquishing all your power. The Templars and many Circle mages didn't have a problem walking away from the Chantry even though they were "chained" to it.
Gonna need the army to take out the army of evlen rebels solas is building
I made a promise to Cassandra that the current Inquisition will not become like the corrupt Seekers who cared more about survival of their organization than its original goal. So I think the original goal was achieved - the Breach sealed, order restored. It's time to disband. As for Solas and the Qunari - let the new band of DA4 heroes and Tevinter deal with that.
Angry disband ftw, btw.
I chose the upper right option, with the sad eye icon?
The Inquisition is fully disbanded, and me and my closest friends will be tracking down Solas to stop/kill him.
I was amused Josie didn't react to the Inquisitor losing their hand, goes to show how important the trial was!
I also loved how the Inquisitor states we'll have to find people that Solas doesn't know. In my opinion, that's the best choice of weapon to wield against Solas is an Unknown being.
I can't remember the options, but I think I went disband, bottom right or middle right. Definitely not angry disband.
I did disband, thumbs up. It was very satisfying to say we did our jobs and let the people of Inquisition have the peace that they deserve.
Angry disband for me.
I was hoping the Inquisition could be a medieval UN, an alliance of nations and peoples working together to prevent other world crises, but unfortunately we didn't get that.
Happy disband - my Inquisitor spent the first part of the game wishing she could run away from the Inquisition, then the second part reluctantly leading it because there was nobody else. She's a Carta assassin, a small team of agents to go after Solas and try to save him from himself suits her a lot better than a large, unwieldy organisation. Much as she'll miss all the people she knew, she won't miss being in charge of thousands of people.
Would this dlc mean the inquisition is at end now? Then onward to Tevinter!
Lel i didnt download yet and know final choice. I dont complain but I will disband.
Look at what small number of grey wardens in DA:O did than huge organisaion that is Inquisition.
Public services would limit my character, so disband and slaughter solas over and over (hated him since my 1st playthrough)
btw, skip to 1:47 in the video and you will see my feelings for solas
I went in thinking that I wanted to save the Inquisition if I could, but I changed my mind after making the rounds. Everyone was tired. They were done. My Inquisitor himself was done, and looking forward to a quiet life with Josephine (and being a Jenny... how did that happen?). But then, things started going wrong, and I became convinced that maybe their work wasn't done yet. And then Max met Solas, who reminded him how vulnerable a large organization could be. Two separate groups had the Inquisition thoroughly seeded with spies, and no matter how thorough Leliana was with her background checks, both groups had the capability to keep on doing so. No, numbers aren't going to flush Solas out. Better keep it with the core team, those Maxwell knows to be incorruptible.
So, angry "disband" option here.

I think everyone already saw the Inquisitor without their arm, so the trial wasn't a big deal. I was expecting a reaction too, until the black screen happened. Then I realized they skipped ahead past the events of finding them, returning to the Winter Palace and fixing their arm. And I don't know if human Cole says anything, but spirit Cole comments on their hand pain before the final fight and they can say good bye to everyone, thinking they are dying. It's a cute moment!
I disbanded it in a hissy fit of boredom at the end of the dlc

You can say goodbye to everyone really?
Because before the last fight , there was no one around the Winter Palace at night?
