Short answer: YES!

 

True answer: everyone should answer an headbutt any way they can. What is important is sharing them, not being Krogan, or practice the Kalros' way. Not everyone can manage the almighty power of Tuchanka's headbutt: I mean, commando Asari goes commando over it... and even 1 millennia old Justicar can't deny their Asarigasm. Krogan Headbutt is just that powerful...
