I'd like to redeem my code for the terminus armor and the blackstorm projector

But when I go to redeem code, I find that my gamertag is not registered to this account. I go through my profile options to link the two but find no such option available.

Can someone help me out here? I don't want to use this passcode only for it to float out into cyberspace
