Ill start.
The Haven battle scene where you use the trebuchet to cause the avalanche on your enemy the first time; its designed with Varric to be in your party. How do I know this? Well, he pats you on the back and you see the Inquisitor move forward as if He was just slapped on the back.
Also, when the Dragon appears you see Varric turn and look surprised...I did this on another playthrough WITHOUT Varric and the exact same scenes played out. My Inquisitor moves forwards as if slapped and it cuts to where Varric would be...but I'm looking at the mountainside and not him. Design oversight?
