What's the drop rate on Heart of Pride? Do I really have to invest another 200hrs of grinding to get it?... Feel like giving up at this point

 

Assuming you're in the highest loot bucket, it's ~.05% on each item card you get.

The weapons that are 25+ are set to be unique in that once you have one you can't get another until you have all of them. 

 

I don't understand.  If I get one, I can't get any more.  Until I get all of them.  But, if I can get any more if I have one . . . . Am I reading this wrong?

It's exactly like the Hakkon system then. Very simple. Get an item in the unique item pool Luke listed here and hold onto it. You won't receive a duplicate of that item. Get one of every other in the pool and, eventually, you'll get the secret weapon.

I think that if RNG comes up unique, it then checks to see which unique items you have in your inventory, then grants one that you don't yet have.  If you already have all of them, it then grants a duplicate unique.

200k - 1 new dagger, the amulet of renewal and accord. F**k RNG.

 

 

But you should feel sorry for me because I got a Blue Belt of Urgency

 

But 200k and nothing to show for it sucks.... That's why I never save up gold... I like to have little doses of dissapointment, spread out over time....  Instead of one large overdose of dissapointment.

Its really, really good. Unless your cunning is maxed out you don't even think twice about which staff is best for you.

How do you figure?  I've made a little less than 2 million gold since the beginning, and got Heart of Pride a couple of weeks ago, in my first 100k spent right after the Descent weapons became available.  Then again, I've always been a leprechaun in my games, ran with a pack of leprechauns, and average around 3.5 item cards dropping from the on-map treasure chests every game.  That's, in essence, an extra Superb Requisitions chest (minus the potions) for every two games without spending any gold.  Nice way to push your way into the upper loot table tiers, if you ask me.

Luke with that much time and effort needed can you at least tell us what weapon type the new super weapon is? I doubt I would be wholly interested in grinding all that for anything but an amazing bow.

No.  I can confirm I received the purple amulet of aggression, and then later received the blue version.
