To me this is the same as any other form of cheating on damp. But it seems to be publicly accepted. Just wanted some other opinions on this.

This is not a MMO, no pvp mod
Personally I don't think that x2 xp bug was a CHEAT, just thought of it as gaining faster promotions and gaining loot

Basically my point except some people took xp bug and used it to death. I just don't see how the xp bug is like hated but leaving to reset pots and lives is accepted. The glitch was in a way a cheat for those who worked hard for legit promotions and people just clog the board with over inflated stats from 100 to top 10. Its like really you needed to use it that? My point is the glitch if not used 18 hrs a day for weeks is basically the same as using another exploit to win a game for 50 points... just does not make sense to me. Its not ok to promote 50 times in a bug lobby but its ok to cheat to win hb for 50 points on the leaderboard. Do you get it now?

Re-joining is an exploit, pretty clear to me.  The games' systems allow two deaths before going to the fade, along with a limited amount of potions.  It seems obviously against the intended design to me.

right and those who dont cheat like you are now 1/2 as far along because they had morals and standards

  why not make everything 2x and put a win button on there  when you get tired just click the win button 

I see people who dont even deserve a perilous banner with the heart breaker stuff

as far as the reset of the deaths and stats    yeah its a cheat too   

I am gonna go and petition for the win button so I dont have to do anything but show off my cool badges and banners that every one else now has

 

who will care?  they didnt punish the 2xers like they said they would

Leaderboard is so broken now that we don't know who is the cheater and who's not
Bioware must provide us with other info in leaderboard than just points
Maybe overall time spent in games
That way we can see who's the cheater at least
But personally I don't think we will see this someday soon because leaderboard don't break the game

It's totally unproductive as they loose xp. So why even do it?

As for HB if you need to rejoin countless time s ur slowing the match most likely and shouldn't be doing HB. No fast time for you.

You keep your xp unless you change your character.... idk about if you're the host.

Can we make this less about who was cheating and more about why this is accepted... I mean its a little late now but still. When people send me a message about me dying on nm I must of used xp then send a screen shot of a hb that took 2 hrs like yikes.. how many migrations was that?


Also they do/did it for the 50 points. Basically the same as 50 glitched promotion points to me....

Jack Black you are the reason we have a cap on XP and yes it is you at fault along with all the 2xers 

 we all want stronger characters   duh

its called work and earn them 

why not just have a everyone at max and we all just have to play the same character strengths then we wont have to grind

we can all say we maxxed out and go play something else? 

because the idea is that if I work harder than you I deserve better stats than you

  I want stronger characters and feel I earned my stats  by time in game not cheating 

the object is if you want to be a big dog you got to earn the right

No one cares about the cap btw I already posted about the cap and got accused by trolls of xp. Just because idrc unless you did it a lot. Thats my opinion. There's not pvp its not like jacks gonna freakin kill you on damp.... plus you're not on the leaderboard so let it go. I came to the ps4 because I heard they were patchinh it and got tired of losing spots to the 18 hr a day glitchers. Chill tf out.

1: The game is already so unfair with crashes and server failures at the end of a nightmare mission that I have no qualms whatsoever about rejoining.

 

2: Rejoining usually involves weaker players dying too much. If they're smart enough to rejoin that makes playing with them a lot less annoying

Crashing out is one thing. I mean the heartbreakers who purposely did it. Like you don't belong on hb so go level up. The fade and tge set amount of lives is there for a reason.

By using xp bug I simply got my lost xp back
