I'm not understanding how leaving and rejoining the game gets you 50 prestige points.

I'm also mostly sure that every time someone enters the fade the enemies get a permanent buff for that game and it stacks. So fading out and rejoining over and over again is going to make the game stupid hard.

I did this once to try to salvage a nm fc but couldn't because even though I took a rock armor potion my archer would go down in 2-3 arrows.

The difference between leaving and rejoining a match and the double XP glitch: you aren't supposed to be able to trick the game into giving you double XP.

The game does nothing to stop you from leaving and rejoining.

I guess you can say it's not sporting. But the game doesn't prohibit it in any fashion.

Maybe BUT we all know that on DAIMP works 3.5 people and I want steady connection, properly working skills and other really necessary things rather then working on how to deal with cheaters issue
Don't you realize that devs can't do this and that altogether because of lack of staff?

other than the example done in beta, I was completely unaware people were doing it.  I haven't encountered it yet.

I wasn't aware this was a taboo, considering it is a built in mechanic. One being able to invite during a match and two the game being able to randomly drop you back to a match you left. I can see the point against it, but unless it is being abused... working as intended? Did I do that right or did I just become Joey Tribbiani with air quotes? I'm a newb.

This is why this forum is a joke. Its cheating some could argue xp was a mechanic too... how farfetched can it get to say host migration is a built in mechanic? Its cheating.

Cheating would be the use of third party software or a hardware mod.

 

Bioware messing up some code and waiting a month to fix it or a bad lobby/invite system is not cheating.

 

I can't wait till you all see the real cheaters come out to play and the whole top 100 is 9999
