At the big area where you first meet the Vidassala and fight her Qunari there is this glowing Eluvian on the left platform, on the right side of the big room there is a another platform where you can jump up and get a chest.  Does anyone know how to get onto that left platform and explore that Eluvian?  North is the spirit which continues the story

I think that's where Vidassala stands during the cutscene when you enter that area - you can't get up there.
