Hello. Yesterday I wanted to purchase 3200 Bioware points so that I could get Mass Effect 3 Leviathan, Omega and Citadel DLC's. 

So I purchased two of the 1600 points, however I have been charged twice, which means there is 4 transactions in paypal when there actually should be 2. 

 

I also got another 3200 points which I don't need.

 

Is there any way that I can cancel that, or get a refund and the points can be removed?

 

I have created a paypal dispute already and I am trying to contact EA support.

 

Please help me resolve this, as I only wanted 3200 points, not 6400

Hello? Will someone please help me?

I have no idea what to do, the money has been withdrawn from my account for 2 more points purchases that I did not want nor purchase.

You need to contact EA Help (https://help.ea.com/), they are the only ones who can work with you on that.
