My guess...Solas dies one way or another. The Epilogue shows he has released the "elven gods" and they are now ticked as can be. They set out to destroy everything in the world, setting the stage for an epic Dragon Age 5 showdown. I think we are going to awaken the Titans (that's why that girl disappeared at the end of Descent) and use them to combat the elven gods. Also, the forgotten ones awaken as well and a major new blight, like one never seen before, also stirs. That's when the maker, whatever he or she is (maybe a super spirit) comes back and an awesome battle takes place. Boom. That ends the Dragon Age series and sets the stage for a new Age to begin in the same world. Just a guess.
