All I need here is a simple yes or no. I have half a dozen different Inquisitors but have only played through Jaws of Hakkon with one of them and Descent with two. I need to know whether I ought to send some of my others through these two DLCs before playing Trespasser with them. Don't need to know why it matters, only whether it matters.

 

I only ask because I see that some of these choices have become part of the Keep.

If you played through the Descent DLC then the Inquisitor knows what the Titans are, which allows him/her to recognize that it's the Titans that the Evanuris are hunting for lyrium in one of the elven murals near a Dream Wolf puzzle (I posted a recent thread about this).

Remind me here, what choices did we have in JoH and Descent? Besides doing them at all.

I can't remember exactly, but I know Ameridan is mentioned in a codex. I bet it's mentioned regardless of the dlc and what you did in it.

For JoH, you get the choice of revealing Ameridan's true identity or not.
