Good idea, I view HOK as being a fix to a problem created by BioWare themselves. That being limit of two healing potions and originally only a nominal gain in health. to fix this problem they created heal of kill, heal on hit, guard on hit etc.
If they had provided more healing potions that were a full heal and gave you say, 4 or 5 for a match it would be up to the player to judiciously use them in a match. now hok is a necessity for many classes. Especially with the dubious tricks of enemies as in shild blocking tons of attacks and the one ill fated red templar archers killing fields.
