So at the very end of the DLC (at least if you chose to disband the Inquisition) You see all your main players in a room saying they need to go find people that Solas dose not know. In that scene Harding is there. Then in Leliana's ending it says she is training her best agents to maybe take over for her. Again Harding is one of those mentioned.
So I am hoping that DA4 will start with a brand new protagonist being approached by none other than out beloved Scout Harding and she will be our first (and best) companion. Yes if they do this I would be very very happy.
