Obviously the below are spoilers so you have been warned!
I play on a PS4 if that matters.
1. After my Fem-Elf marries Sera and I talk to Cass she congratulates me on marrying Cullen. 
2. "Mark of the Rift" no longer works at all.
On my second run of Trespasser now and same results.
