With Mythal, though, the reason Solas did all he did, i don;t think it will be so easily abandoned.

I have a feeling we'll be led up to the real truth soon enough, and somehow Sandal will play a key role. I know he wasn't in DAI and I bet it was because of Solas. Yuri told me he would have returned for the role and he missed playing him too, so this was a developer reason. If Sandal is connected to the Elven Gods and Titans he might have known too much or revealed Solas' hand.

She and Morrigan both go on about saying how they want to preserve things, so i wonder if we were right about Flemeth using Solas to bring down the veil, so she can smite those who wronged her. Flemeth obviously raised them to want that, and to have respect for the "old ways"

By the end of the game Solas is talking just like her in a way. And her coming to Sandal in visions either was her trying to control him or scare him off because of what she might know he really is.

So many rumors about Sandal. That's one. Then some says he's June reborn. Others have said the Maker lol but to me he looks part dwarf and part elf, so your rumor is an interesting one.

Yeah, possibly. I'm not sure, i can't remember if i read it in a codex or a fan theory. They get muddled up sometimes haha
perhaps Sandal is the heart of the titan. formed when the titan was formed and is bound to it thus making him immortal and extremely powerful. he could very well be the first dwarf for all we know about him. his mind could be locked under some spell as cole said something in trespasser that made me think of this and Im paraphrasing this " they wanted to make the earth alive and it was angry so they made it forget" this makes me think the elves or some one made the Titan and sandal is part of it and then they locked away its mind making it and sandal forget. this leaves him in a simple Enchantment state but he still has incredible power with in him.

That could be, but apparently Mythal killed a Titan. If that's so, and she died before the veil was formed, the titans have always been. BUT, as with Valta, he may have a deep connection with the Stone. We know she can use some form of magic after she made a connection with the Titan, maybe something similar happened to Sandal

true but if Mythal did beat the titan then that would explain why she is the scary lady and why he doesn't like her. also Sandal is very very old I don't see Valta living for several ages on the little bit of power she was given. keep in mind sandal can wipe out an entire room of darkspawn with out breaking a sweat. Valta is new to the stone power and nowhere near Sandals level but I think Sandal has more to do with the bigger picture. makes me wonder why out of all the games he was left out of this one.

if you find his dairy in trespasser it shows many entries all saying enchantment but the dates are over many many ages. it shows that he is extremely old

I never heard of any one using months in DA before Im pretty sure those where ages cause the newest one was in Dragon so it would stand the rest would be listed as ages

I said it's like a month, i don't know if it is. Fiona says Harvestmere and Dragon. So i assumed one of the Month, the other is the Age. Divine was another age

It seems from what the devs said, Solas was created as far back as DAO. Remember that Tevinter statue in the Magi origin quest? It too predicted upcoming things. I'm wondering if Solas made a miscalculation and when he tears the Veil down, the world won't be destroyed but changed.
