Nope. I had my try hard hat on for about 30 minutes looking for a way through the Eluvian behind it. Finally gave up on it.
*If you mean the Smoking Tower.

The eluvian that leads to the smoking tower chest is down a short path to the left of the eluvian that deposits you in the mountain ruins in the first place.
It is behind a large stack of boxes, use a warrior to cut through them to reveal the eluvian.

I've looked everywhere for what you have described, Rankansen, and I do not see it anywhere. I found an inactive eluvian with no boxes in the location you described. Nothing else.

To clarify Rankansens reply, for anyone looking for this in the future. It's the dark corridor you start in at the vine-covered tower in the mountain ruins. To the left there's a small dark room with some boxes and a 'coversation bubble' to activate a converstation with one of your companions. Destroy the boxes, there will be an eluvian behind them that leads to the chest across the broken bridge at the smoking tower.
