I've been on technical support for 42 minutes and 34 seconds and still haven't gotten anyone.
Do they only have two people running the phones?

Yeah...been on hold for almost two hours now. I have also been trying to get on the chat for the entire time as well...everytime my turn comes it says "No Agents Found. Support Canceled". Now I have three computers with three diffefernt web browsers trying to connect to the live chat while I wait on the phone....hopefully one of them will get through eventually...and EA support closes in about 1 hour.
