I was looking at some old English royal portraiture the other day and the appearance of King William III struck me as remarkably similar to none other than Loghain MacTir. Deliberate or mere coincidence?

Maybe something about the nose?
Anyway, maybe it's better to post things about Loghain in a same topic and not creating many different ones. If it's something positive or at least not nothing to critisize the character, you can post there:

Ah, right. I'm pretty new to this forum as you can see. I'll get rid of this thread, if I can, and repost it there. It's a very trivial point, after all.
He once was a noble warrior and general but his own fear of the Orlais invasion makes him to do horrible things but even after this excuse he must face punishment because that's justice he and other's teirns and lords promised loyalty to King and abandoning him on the battlefield without king's approval is big betrayal and often ends in death even he had a reason for it but he has no rights to abandon his king he was teyirn while Cailan was a king

And it would have been stupid to send to death thousands of soldiers just because the king wanted to fight a battle impossible to win.
These soldiers would have died in vain. So yeah they would have died with honor... but still, they would be dead. I'm sure their families prefer to have their sons and daughters back alive to fight to protect Denerim than dead for nothing at Ostagar.
