Without any real spoilers, does it matter if I play trespasser without dissent? I have been somewhat strapped for time and I haven't had the chance to play either DLC. I'm really excited for trespasser (perhaps because I've avoided all spoilers) but I want to get the "complete" experience.

You won't be missing out on any content as far as I know, there's just a few revelations about the ancient elves which are slightly clearer if you're aware of the new lore added in the Descent.
