I discovered this completely by accident so I though I would share it.

 

At nightime on the Winter Palace ( I believe its the last part of the DLC), a new minigame is available at the corner balcony near the workshop. You interact with the fireworks to start the minigame and you can watch fireworks and time their detonation.

 

From what I can tell, you have to detonate the fireworks right at their peak height to make a bigger explosion. The bigger the explosion the more points you get 

 

I have no idea of the timing or how the scoring works. But so far my high score was 76 points and I got a +Mag buff ( I forgot how much) and a Sigil of the Golem (+10% Attack, -100% Crit Chance). 

 

I've been spending an hour trying to get a higher score so maybe there is a better reward but no luck so far.

 

 

Edit: Apparently there is another +Mag buff and a  schematic for a Rainbow Sword

The prisimatic swords, i was wondering where their schematic was hidden
