1. Sera's pranks. I was in stitches, especially when they hit each other.
2. Solalavellan - ok it's so heartbreaking but I loved the epilogue as well. I also liked the fact you could tell your companion you wish he was DEAD (obviously I didn't do that, but it made me laugh).
3. Varic and giving the inquis the key to the city, the inquis getting excited about using the key on the chains in the docks.
I liked that there was a lot of payoff for your friendships and that your companions lives were obviously impacted by their interaction with the Inquisitor (and each other really).
Cole finding love was a surprise that I didn't see coming. Thom Ranier finding a way to give back some of the grace that he had been shown, and in a powerful and effective manner too. I never would have guessed, but Varric might just be the perfect viscount for Kirkwall; and apparently Hawke returned from Weisshaupt to aid his friend in the city. I've completed two runs, my female dalish married Sera and my female human mage married Cullen. I've seen Bull's Chargers continue on helping those in need, plus pulling off a daring border rescue of Dorian and I've seen the Bull betray me (and pay the ultimate price).
There's really just too much to love about Trespasser and the list could go on. I really appreciated the fact that Solas got much more crucial exposition than Morrigan did at the conclusion of Witch Hunt, and we learned so much because of that meeting. Most importantly at the Exalted Council, the Inquisitor was able to set the tone for and choose the next step for the Inquisition.
Dragon Age 4 can't come soon enough!!
Just... everything. It was simply the perfect DLC. I couldn't stop laughing, and then I couldn't stop crying.
Clearly, that is the bar to measure any content by: How many feelz it gives people. ^^
1) Dorian sounding sadder than any human has ever been in the history of the universe when he thought his boyfriend was going to die.
2) Sera trying to be supportive when my elf dude admitted he was not handling all these elfy revelations very well.
3) Blackwall going by his real name, even on the character screen.

Just finished it with my warrior Trevelyan and there were so many great companion moments that had me tearing up
Cullen and Inky's wedding (the dog, their epilogue slide)
Grumpy Divine Cass and awesome friendship (her reading from the book during credits)
Dorian and Bull and their adorable romance banter (Dorian's allergies, pet names for each-other)
Leliana's nug business 
Human Cole in love
Sera throwing pies
Varric finding the 'unwritten' chapter of HiHT in the fade. The nod to (Hawke who was dead in this playthrough) was perfect.

Inky disbanding the Inquisition in style (off to save the world with friends, again...)
Overall I am very happy with the ending and the set-up for the future story 
Hawke being mentioned in the epilogue was maybe my favorite single thing.
After all the hardships of DA2 and his ambiguous fate in that game, followed by another ambiguous fate at the end of DA:I, it was awesome to hear that Hawke was back home (with Varric and Aveline!), no longer on the run from enemies and fanatics.
Oh, and also finally explaining what happened with Felassen, which I never thought they would answer!
Maybe not so much my favorite scenes, but I thought these were cute/funny:
I laughed so much when Varric announced he was the viscount and started giving away the key and other random positions/property to the Inquisitor. Plus finding out that he wasn't reading any mail from Starkhaven. Too much drama from that area.
I liked spa day too since they got to wear tiny cheeses on their eyes:)

Yeah, this is one of my favorite bits too. However, you just know that every so often, Hawke might have to deal with bandits raining from the sky.

About favourite things in Threspasser:
1. Dorian romance content was much better than romance content in the base game.
2. Option to kill Iron Bull.
Vivienne arranging for a spa day for my inquisitor pleased me, that's all.
I loved the Chargers asking the Inquisitor to distract I.B. so they could bring a dragon skull in to surprise him as a present, and using all the perks of knowledge we can gain, distract him while they Bulls hilariously try to move the skull around, Iron Bull being bored out of his mind, and then it turns out he knew about the skull the whole time anyway.
EDIT: And Varric giving the Inquisitor the key to the chains in the docks of Kirkwall while thinking it was just symbolic and making him a Comte. And my Inquisitor was all "I can control the chains in Kirkwall. Can I try it out!?!"

I mean my own elf dude was on good terms with her in the main game, so I should not be surprised. But her support to the Inquisitor was so sweet. And that scenes with the Jennies. And that awesome crossbow-arm.
And also:
1) Solas voice and the soundtrack flowing together. Everything bittersweet. Everything perfect. This guy wants to destroy the Inq's world yet everything he can feel his sadness, not anger.
2) Dorian's promising future.
3) Is that dear Aveline with short hair in the epilogue slideshow, with Varric ? oO
4) the evolution of the gameplay with the anchor. This made the game even more intense.
5) the crossroads look different depending on your race (elf or not). That is a delicate touch.
6) Little things, everywhere! The DA team put so much thoughts into this.
I preferred Krem finding love to Cole. But 2/3 times I made cole human. I thought it was a little...weird, him getting a lady.
Cassandra in the credits. Totally cracked me up. Especially when she read her own bit, and her reaction to it
Reading through all this, I can see I missed a lot during my whole one playthrough of Trespasser. And I never knew Bull and Dorian could get together! Guess I'll have another game after my current one. I might even have to turn the game music on... which would mean turning my music off...
