The Magog and Nietzcheans from Andromeda (tv show).

 

The Magog kill their enemies and eat them and when they want to reproduce, they infest people with their larvae who when born claw their way out of the host, killing them.

 

The Nietzcheans are genetically engineered humans that can live in harsher environments than regular unmodified humans. Also are immune to certain poisons, have nano-bots that fight off disease and infections, and have forearm blades for hand to hand combat.

First of all If any alien species has male and female genders then both should be visually represented in the game. With that said I think there are some ancient aliens that seem to leave finger prints all over the milky way that could of stretched out all over the universe like the Leviathans, Thorians, and Theshers.

This is a bit offtopic, but I need more AI's.

 I must say that ME had a good variety of everything, I got dem machines, I loved krogans and turians, salarians, batarians, elcors, I deeply loved the rachni and even hanars, heck, I loved them all, except vorchas. They felt like an humourous add to the line.
Whatever they do, the backstory and study of the species should be done well. And they should have all the genders, too. )

For some reason as soon as I heard about the Khet I imagined them looking reminiscent of Jackalman from Thundercats. Not sure why, but now I really want that to happen. We haven't had any furry/hairy aliens in this franchise who why not Jackalmen?

Races that have advanced telepathy, composed of rival factions that have waged wars for millienia, with one side working toward technological and spiritual progress of other races, while the other manipulated and enslaved them,

 

Advanced geth that cannibalised Reaper technology over the centuries and set out to explore the universe, thus becoming a hyper evolved synthetic life form,

 

Races that can travel between dimensions and inadvertedly reshape physical reality, both around them and in the farthest corners of the universe,

 

Races that can manipulate gravity and electromagnetism at will, using it as a weapon against other civilizations,

 

Races that have an aggressive metabolism, capable of destroying any sort of pollution, but also of unleashing plagues in other planets (the opposite of Quarians),

 

A reclusive race that can never age, whose metabolism is always renewing itself, and thus is studied by the most advanced civilizations without any ethical reservation.

Some furry creature with four arms, two legs, can swing on branches like a monkey, and has the head of a pirate tiger (and their spaceships should look like boats kind-of).
