I've come across a staff while playing the DLC and wasn't sure if it's better than the crafted one I'm currently using. Based upon the stats, which one do you all think is best for the the content? I've got another staff (not listed) that gives me a 26% crit chance bonus and 53% crit damage bonus. My goal is really to play a "glass" rift mage so I usually try to control the enemies and then nuke them all as a group. It's really fun!
I'm impressed you made a staff with a Beserk masterwork on it. I'd be dead with a quickness with that staff.
I'd keep Heart of Rage if you're using Fire spells.
Berserk masterwork is downright terrible, best staff is the encore staff.

Did anyone notice the totally wasted armor penetration stats on the second staff?
I bought schematics for the Staff of Corruption and when crafted I had 56% attack with a fade touched item that gave me a 10% chance to use hidden blades.
This^^ I used it a couple times and got murdered. How do you use it?
I can't speak for the OP, but I've been using the necklace Kitty's Collar to make use of stuff like berserk masterworks and other items/upgrades that are otherwise too dangerous to use. It's a bit of a gamble sure since it might not work, but it's super fun to watch my inquisitor or companions reviving over and over and over again, especially since dying removes any and all aggro directed at them. 
Regarding which staff is better, HoR is amazing, especially if you use spells like fire mine or immolate frequently. Or even just fire mine. lol The one you crafted looks cool though. What staff blade schematic did you use for it? I don't think I've found that one yet.
