Kinda like the Amulet of Renewal... Not sure if it actually works or at what rate the mana/stamina regen is.... Currently noticing nothing with Zither.

it works for my katari, two-handed weapons are so slow that you can really tell the difference.

Without the amulet, it takes ~16 seconds to regenerate full mana. With the amulet, it takes ~10 seconds, meaning the provided regen rate is somewhere around 35%. It works, and makes level 1 Zithering much more bearable.

I didn't personally measure it but I noticed that on NM I could comfortably play my armor/buff songs, give occasional barrier and play power chord without being as pressed I was before for mana. I think it works but of course, it's not *that* significant.
