Hopefully it's a nice substitute for that lightning energy staff that turns mage attacks into greatsword attacks. I know there was no way to make that happen for us DAMP folks, but that was near the coolest thing I had seen in this game. Would have been nice to experience DA:O arcane warrior again...

Unless Luke made just one for a particular class I'm thinking perhaps it's a new weapon type that will work for all. It would be a shame if just warriors or just mages got the goodie and the rest were just left to hang in inferiority. Also, if the prerequisite for obtaining the super secret awesome weapon is having all hakkon and other assorted high level uniques then only the most dedicated players will be sporting this and even then rng will spit on many of us. Can't wait to see what got cooked up though.

I bet it's going to be a staff since there is no level 27 staff.

It's probably got a 10% chance to cast Firestorm, Blizzard, and Lightning Bolt. Crit Chance is likely pretty high as well.
