I really doubt that this has been addressed in any of the games, but what do you think happens if a pregnant mage becomes an abomination? Would the demon force a miscarriage or do you think it could carry it to term? What would be born if the abomination did give birth?

The problem here is that for a mage to become an abomination she needs to give into the temptation of letting a spirit possess her body and if she is aware of her pregnancy then she likely won't.
If she isn't aware of her pregnancy and allows herself to be possessed, then depends on the nature of the possession.
If she becomes a monster due to a forced possession, then it's likely that the child perishes and is either miscarried or absorbed during the mutation.
If she has been possessed willingly and retains her form then it doesn't matter much as Rivaini seers have been undergoing possessions for ages and still had children like any other person.
