Is the elvuian to the left of where you meet Viddasala, (before the final encounter with the Archivist), actually reachable? Or, is it the only red-herring active-eluvian in the DLC?

Additionally, I'm curious about whether anyone's figured out just what that archery target on the platform across from it is supposed to be for. I can attack it from the ground, but nothing damages it, and I haven't figured out how to get up to it either. It's driving the perfectionist in me more than a little batty. lol

I thought that eluvian was only used for the cut scene with the Viddasala and inaccessible to the player.

You can jump up the to where that archery target is from a broken pillar near it if that's what you mean. I does nothing to the target itself however as far as I have noticed.

I just use a rogue with hook and tackle on the archery target, get to the top for the chest.
