just finished trespasser, and reload the last save game, and i am surprise it began before the last battle and not skyhold? well, I chose to disband the Inquisition, but isn't skyhold is mine? well, at least put me in my home... varric promise me a nice big house on kirkwall

The DLC is the last thing you get to do, after that the game is really over, there's no content left. It's stated at the wartable when you start the DLC .
