He's long been one of my favorite kits in ME3 and I've come to the realization that I've never settled on a defacto build for him. Bioware may have released more OP kits than they'd care to admit but the GE is simply magnificent.

I like on him that he is just pure.

he doesn't benefit from glitches (no incendiary, Warp, whatever) and he is squishy as hell if you want to use his powers at 100%.

I do.  No idea whether this is the best use of the turret, but it seems rude not to take the unique geth option, especially as I don't spec the turret on the Juggy.

I like going chain overload then charged Geth plasma shotty for 2 hit kill and crowd control. and can add incendiary to increase the lols of the build.
have turret at 3 I think, just for emergency team shields

Overload with a Talon, Wraith, or Arc Pistol is a force of destruction.

He still is my go to kit on gold and platinum when it comes to engineers. A "Hunter-Mode-Indra" alone is already quite a beast, and then there come Inc-Ammo and Overload...

Yes, he is great kit. I just skip Geth Turret and max out everything else.

I always run him with Disruptor Falcon. Staggers to be had all over the place.

Explosions are awesome BUT generally AP and shoot them in the face is quicker on the Turian Sent and GE.

I don't even have a flame turret, only 4 ranks in it. No explosions, only lots of heads popped and multi hits. Much more efficient.

Pretty much anything you'd use on a GI works on him, sans the sniper bonus.

Most effective?  Probably use the Wraith, Talon, or Hurricane.  Wraith seems to work the best for me.  EDIT:  in retrospect, it seems kind of weird that I have never tried the Raider or Piranha on the GE.  Based on my GI experience, I feel like I would love both of them.

 

Most fun?  I like the Valkyrie or Saber.

 

Also, Flamer Turret for life for me.  One-cast fire explosions, and the Flamer Turret seems to be much better at distracting enemies than if you don't have Flamer.

I really like using the GE with a CSMG, combined with Incendiary ammo.

 

Admittedly a little weak against big shields / barriers, but a beast against armor and health
