Hunter mode is good, I just prefer to roll a run and gun build: HERE
Flamer Turret and overload are perfect together.
For Overload, I prefer more damage in the first evolution, simply because if you're stripping barriers and shields, you need to do it fast.
Cryo ammo to complement your overload on unshielded mobs, and flamer if and when, you need to pierce armor (and overload again).
Lancer, because is a very light weapon with decent recoil.
Basically an hybrid build, able to perform either in assault mode, or bunker down, and let the turret heal you (or your team)
I've found rarely situations where this build didn't work, or was disappointing (score wise too).
