The true hero of this game is Corypheus. If it wasn't for him, the world would be destroyed and Solas' plan would already be in motion. He should receive an honorary medal and statue for being the Hero of Thedas! We should've let him win since he probably would've killed less people than Solas anyways.
Seriously though, if Corypheus had died we probably would've all been screwed by now. I wonder if Solas would've started the process of destroying the world as we know it immediately.
On the contrary, Solas original plan for removing the Veil might have been less violent than what he's decided for his Plan B...
Now the artitech will be joining forces with the next hero, hail our darkspawn lord and saviors!
The Inq and Cory should've totally teamed up against Solarse.
Solas is the true villain of DA:I, and will probably be the big bad of DA4.
Prior to release it was said that the villain would be sympathetic and have motivations beyond just mustache twirling evil. That obviously couldn't have been referring to Corypheus. In retrospect I think they were referring to Solas.
