Ummm... theres clearly something screwy going on here. The outcome of the War was Celine remained on the throne, and Briala and her were reunited.

 

But someone just made a comment that whats his face is the ruler? wtf?

Seems to be a bug, this happened to me in that scene too, even though letters and codexes indicate Celine is on the throne and with Briala.

Its a bug are a few of them in the dlc that and none qun iron bull backstabbing seeming to be the top ones

It seems like nearly everyone is getting this bug. Supposedly they are working on it.

So far the only big bug I've experienced is that whenever I get to Vivienne's Spa cutscene, the game crashes to desktop. She's not one of my favorite characters so it's not a big deal. It annoys the completionist in me but I can just skip the convo with her and move on. It doesn't happen in any other cutscene, just hers.

I think there's a similar bug in the arbor wilds as Celene refers to Gaspard being alive (causing problems). And then this one too.

The epilogue slides are correct as is the codex entry about the relationship.

Also never got the reconcile Michel and Celene war table quest either.
