It's obvious Harding is a pretty popular NPC, and can be easily written into being a party member for DA4. I'd imagine the Inquisitor would send many scouts, including her, to Tevinter to find the Protagonist.
Scout Harding as a Party Member in DA4, what are the chances?

If the next game is based in Tevinter hopefully it is a big NO, i'd rather see Dorian as npc an magister, or Fenris, if alive (even though i dont particularly like him) both make more sense and would enhance the story better than anything involving Harding.

Dorian is a magister, he makes more sense as an NPC than a companion. As for Fenris, his character could end up a lot of ways, portraying him in such a major role would be difficult from a writing standpoint. I would expect a cameo though. If the next game is based in Tevinter hopefully it is a big NO, i'd rather see Dorian as npc an magister, or Fenris, if alive (even though i dont particularly like him) both make more sense and would enhance the story better than anything involving Harding.
Harding has no variables to her though and she's still loyal to the Inquisitor, who was last seen looking at a map of Tevinter. So her joining the party makes sense if the Inquisitor intends to use the new protagonist against Solas.

She could, it wouldn't be the first time that has happened. Bu who knows. I'd love to get a cameo of her, at least. She's a great character

I feel iffy about whether I want Harding as a party member.
-Female, that's a pro since we've never had that in a main DA game (in Awakening but that's the expansion)
-Rogue, which is not so much a pro since we've had Varric (and Sigurn before that) for so long.
-Dwarf, and I insist on 1, even 2 dwarf party members in DA4
-While one DAI party member could carry over (Dorian? Someone else?), Harding could technically classify as a non-party NPC carry over alongside
-Connection to the Inquisitor without devs worrying about constantly directly connecting to the Inquisitor
I'll take her, but her character definitely needs to evolve.
I think one of the biggest things that make me not want to have her is that I don't want a ranged rogue. Maybe I'll take her if I can make her melee (and I probably could?), but I either kinda want a dwarf warrior back, or preferably a weirdo-magic (mage or not) dwarf that Descent hints.

It seems very obvious that Harding will be very important in the next game or she wouldn't stand right there with Leliana
Probably will replace Varric if Varric is not available

The "New" Inner Circle (Cass, Leliana, Harding, Inquisitor, LI, Charter, Rector) is likely to all appear.

I'm unsure.
Okay, they may appear.
But Cass may have Divine duty.
Leliana has weirdness, especially if she died in Origins.
(Cullen is probably out of the picture until further notice but we know this)

Cass might become the divine
Those could-be-divine ones will likely be not a part of the team in the next game

I'm not talking Companions. Just likely to appear in one way or another. Harding likely as a companion. Same might apply for Charter and Rector. Cass/Leli/Inky/Inky's love probably as background characters, and Inky's love probably with little to do/say because HOW MANY exactly...)

I doubt they will all appear, but I expect to see them all atleast referenced.
I kinda wish they would drop Leliana though. I want her to retire with my Warden already...

She has a higher chance than Sigrun ever making an appearance again. The original happy rogue girl dwarf.

Cullen is still my quizys commander and her husband., so yes he's still part of the inner circle. Leli also might step down since she is making Charter, Harding and Rector her successors(so she can at last go back to the warden!).

If she's with the new party then that would tip off Baldie. I expect her to make a cameo - like the rest of the remaining council, but I don't think having her as a companion would work. If they're truly going for a fresh start, then they'll support a brand new party from the shadows and not tag along with them.

I keep seeing it as a...
"Hey, I can retire now! Be with my love for the rest of my love!"
*newest major threat to Thedas zips by on a train, and somebody grabs Leliana by the collar of her clothes, pulling her on the train carriage labeled as "The Good Guys"*
*Leliana sighs*
"Again with this..."

This sounds like a good thing. I'd love for Leliana to pop up in the very beginning with Charter, Harding and Rector, do something with them, then say she's confident in their abilities and FINALLY RETIRE. The girl earned retirement fourteen years ago when she helped with the Fifth Blight.

Leli is also not a young woman at this point and the HoF does not have that long to live if they did not find a cure, so she should retire and spend her years with him until he passes.

This, this, this.
Or at least go help the HoF find the god damn cure. If they fail, well... They die together. How very romantic.

Harding has a lot of supporters. She appeared as your advance scout in every region of the main game and repeated that function in both Jaws of Hakkon & The Descent. Lace Harding did not appear at all in Trespasser ....... until the very last second, which set up and teased things to come. It was a non-speaking cameo, but to me it clearly signaled that she will appear in the next game.
I would not be surprised to see her as a full companion based upon that moment alone, and she would make an excellent interface for the Inquisitor with the next protagonist.

I would love her as a companion, but I think she would probably appear as a NPC again :/
In the end the inquisitor said something like "we need new people that Solas dont know", because he knows how the inquisition work, so I though the next game will be all new companions, or at least people Solas dont know about.

But by that logic, BioWare should stop doing romances altogether. Why is a romance with Harding likely to be worse than a romance with any other character, returning or otherwise?
I think there's an excellent chance of her appearing in the next game as a companion and becoming our first ever BioWare dwarf romance. (Pls, BioWare, I have waited patiently for fifteen years. Don't make me wait more than twenty!)
I think that Dorian will have an important role in the game but not be a companion - if we have advisors again, I can see him slotting in there. The Magister I want for a companion is Maevaris Tilani. (Speaking of giving fans what they want ...) I can see Fenris and/or Iron Bull having cameos, but not returning as companions.
