Is Charging Bull, even with the new Light on your Feet upgrade, now overshadowed by Horn of Valor/Fortifying Blast + Combat Roll/Coming Through, for Warriors? The new skills costs more skill points overall and take two skill slots instead of one, but have the added benefits of helping the whole party and providing an evasion skill for the warrior.

The only thing I can think of that might keep Charging Bull viable is that it's the only skill for 2H warriors for closing to melee distance quickly.

Charging bulls advantage is using a skill cost free with the upgrade. Also just because you have to get a skill to proceed doesn't mean you have to use it or even slot it on your bar.

You mean, on your way to Livid? Yes, of course, but I routinely use Charging Bull as a go-to skill for my 2H Warrior. Now I'm thinking I might want to respec.

Charging Bull is still superior because it turns expensive skills into freebies.

Nope, devour is expensive to use so is wrath of heaven on a templar, charging bull lessens the pain a bit, knocks down enemies, generates guard and does decent damage. Im personally not a fan of livid as i run the war horn to panic, sunder, destroy guard and do damage in a 8m aoe. I make cass run horn of valour for guard generation, and for damage i prefer bloodstone as its always active and has a bigger range than livid (8 vs 5).

As a reaver damage is not a real issue, it is to ensure i get to do damage. I cant have enemies blocking or parrying my attacks and i cant be dying because i couldnt cast devour. Now regarding war horn atm im running the guard smasher horn, i will try the debuffing horn to see which gives me better mileage since switching between them is just a toggle, though im leaning towards guard smashing horn as it does 100% damage to everything so serves as a nice aoe damage ability,

Right, it's the "Also just because you have to get a skill to proceed doesn't mean you have to use it or even slot it on your bar" I was responding to, and I'm still not sure I understood you correctly.
