Critical damage bonus, for example. If I equip them both, will the effect stack ?
They do stack in Single player, so I'm hoping they do too in MP
Do Ring bonuses stack ?

What an ability reads and what it actually does are often two different things
But he´s right, The rings are doing what you can read in their tooltip. A few ring do not work, others not as intended. But most do.
