Mission: Safety First (September 11 – 14)

 

After last week's mad scramble for medals, the infirmary has seen quite a few of you more often than they'd like. We've heard rumors there's soon to be a push from our enemies, and I want everyone whole and hale to meet them. Take no unnecessary risks, and bring yourselves home in one piece.

Agent Goal: Complete five matches with no one dying

 

Inquisition Goal:

PC/PS4/Xbox One: Less than 50,000 agent deaths

PS3/X360: Less than 10,000 agent deaths

 

Agent Completion: Agent awarded a Commendation Chest.

Inquisition Completion: All agents awarded a Victory Chest.

 

This weekend’s event begins at 10 am PDT Friday, September 11, and ends at 5 am PDT Monday, September 14.

Which faction will this be easier to solo on routine?

Obviously not demons.

Edit: I had assumed the challenge meant the CC knockdown. I guess maybe not.

Maybe not though. Will make it much, much, much easier if it just means not losing all your health.

I'm assuming getting KO'd. If it was actual knockdowns, like from a shield-bash, then things just got a whole lot tougher!

This is going to be rediculous..... Yeah routine anything but demons. And a high damage ranged class to nuke em fast I guess. Venatori is probably the best so you don't get it ruined by Samson in the last round. I know I'll be going arcane warrior with the storm belt for this one.

Knocked down might have to be defined better. 

 

Reduced to no hit points and raised status is what I assume they mean.  If they meant the literal knockdown rage will ensue.

The previous time we had this mission, it was counting when a player is down for one of the three times before fading, and not just being knocked on your can, by cc attacks.  I assume it's the same this time.

It probably means death.  It has the same wording as the Undying challenge.

It's gotta be a Down/bleeding out before entering the fade, not just CC. Could be better worded, but this is the same language used the last time we had immortal challenges.

Definitely not CC Knockdown. I just finished one solo routine and got one toward the challenge. 

I would say you can't lose consciousness (which in solo match means instant the end).

A lot of the confusion could have been removed if they used the same challenge name as before, something like:  Undying Part 34.

 

Bioware, if you're going to recycle challenges, then just recycle them.  We get it.  Don't try to dress them up as something new.. it causes confusion.

This is a ridiculous challenge,does bioware know how difficult it is to keep pugs from going down? I have a feeling ill be in routine to complete this challenge...

Boring challenge is boring.  

 

Things that would have made it better:

 

All group immortal on routine: 1 point

All group immortal on threatening: 2 points

All group immortal on perilous: 5 points

All group immortal on nightmare: 10 points

All group immortal on heartbreaker: 25 points

 

Total points needed: 100

I prefer 5 solos with Izzy. On routine she's faster since you can one-shot bolt everything.
