It's a known bug that seems to be fairly common since the last update.  I've only had it happen personally a couple of times this week, but it is definitely annoying when it occurs.  Exiting the match & rejoining has worked to fix it both times it happened to me so if you're not hosting it is worth a shot.

Been playing the sister a lot lately and haven't had the problem. I did once when it was first reported, but that was it. I think the problem now is the silent sister doesn't ever lose guard.  :P

Yeah, it's a thing that happens quite often now. Well, 1/7 games, but that's often enough in my opinion.

I've been trying to get BW's attention in this topic about this. -> http://forum.bioware...-intermittently

Whether they are aware of the bug and whether they'll even investigate is unknown at this point..

It just happened to me 2 games in a row just tonight.   The thing is that even though it doesn't show that I have guard, I know I have it.   I jump down from a ledge and didn't lose any health.   I know I have guard just the graphics is not showing.

first time i've played SS since the last update and I got this bug, as well. Needless to say it made surviving a lot more difficult.

Bioware pls fix.

You don;t get your guard generation and you die very very fast under normal playing situations.

No, you are not getting guard.  I have also noticed odd things with fall damage from time to time.  You get knocked off the bridge on the first room on FC and sometimes you don't take any damage, sometimes you do.  As lvl 1 on threatening I was taking damage as soon as I was hit when this bug happened.  Normally I am at near full guard when I do my first run and hardly ever see my health bar move.

Hmmm I was at threatening too but probably not level 1.  I ran thru the whole thing with full bar of health with no guard showing.   My armor is good but I don't think it is that good.

But then I noticed today my Saarebas was running thru threatening without losing any health.   I got hit but lost no health as if she got guard, but none showing.    Maybe there is another bug out there that gives you divine protection or something.

Depends on what is hitting you.  If you are against mostly physical damage stuff and have the top armor you will be getting hit for 1 damage most of the time. Vs stuff like demons with lots of elemental and spirit damage you notice it more.  Granted its still manageable at threatening without guard but I would hate to have that bug pop up on a NM run.

Had this happen to me yesterday, took a lv1 SS into perilous & didn't notice at first, but after dying it came straight to my attention, tried my damnedest but I just eneded up examining the fade for the last part of the match. It was back to normal for the next match tough.

Gourds will grow in most climate zones, but they grow the best in hot weather. If you’re in a location that receives freezing temperatures throughout most of the winter, you will have to start your gourds as seeds indoors prior to sewing them outside. Gourds take about 180 days total from planting till they produce ripe fruit, as a result of their extra long germination process. Keep in mind that if you’re in a cold area, you’ll need to start your seeds 6-8 weeks before the last frost of the season.

  • Gourds grow best in temperatures between 75 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Starting gourds indoors simply involves planting the seeds in individual containers and watering on a daily basis.

There you go, champ.
