I've just started Jaws of Hakkon and arrived at Storm Bear Hold. I went to the merchant who is supposed to sell all the amazing loot --- the refined battlemage/battlemaster/prowler schematics--- but when I check in, all he sells is Avvar decor for Skyhold. No schematics or any other items to be seen!
Has anyone else had this happen to them? Do I need to earn the Hold's approval before the weapon and armour goods will show up? Apologies if this has been answered and addressed before--- I've trawled through the wikis and the forums, but I can't find a definite answer.
EDIT: Found the third merchant. /o\ Whoops!
