Has anyone gotten this yet? Can you get it by just enabling Rub Some Dirt On It for just the fight against Hivernal? Or does it have to be on throughout the entire game? I've seen troubling reports that people have not been getting trophies during pre-patch save states even though they had the correct trials on.

Got it yesterday on a character I haven't played since last year on Xbone. Just to make sure it didn't bug out I fast traveled to the nearest camp, then enabled Rub some dirt on it before walking up to Hivernal. I did get Trial of Temperance without Rest Easy trial on while attempting to take Suledin keep, I kept constantly crashing back to dashboard and Cole was permanently stuck in combat incapacitated, so I had to fast travel and go back just to initiate dialogue with Imshael.
