So if I go heavy into sabotage and subterfuge and leave most of DW alone how good would that be? Thinking all of sabotage and not shadowstrike in subterfuge.
I'm actually curious now. Seems like a high AOE potential.
Still working on my canon nightmare run don't judge me

it's good on the paper but can be a bit boring you need at least one active ability from DW or you will fight only with Auto attacks

Sabotage gives caltrops (not for fight),poison (great sustain now but it's sustainable for AA).

Then you can get the knives that attacks but they have no real tatcic.

 

I suggest hooke and tackle do dance around the battlefiled

In using it for my tempest. once you close with an enemy use flank attack.....then you can have twin fang for a deep flank attack or spinning blades.

Spinning blades is must for Artificer in my opinion since it hits multiple times and can lower cooldowns fast thanks to artificer passive abilities that reduces CDs with crits

Yeah I was thinking spinning blades as well.
Why not caltrops? I don't have room of course but is it THAT bad?
It would be PW, Toxic Cloud, Spinning Blades, throwing Knifes, Spike Trap, KNB, Ele mines. Stealth might be on the list but I'm not sure. Caltrops maybe? Or evade? FBP?
ooh H&T. I was thinking just taking Cass with grappling chain but that works too.

i meant that it's not an active to attack so no=fun

i don't use them but with new upgrade they are not so bad. That's for early game

kind of off topic, but is it just me or spinning blades became kinda useless con 1 single target?

no...but when they are moving it's possibile you don't hit with all spins
