I'd initially be worried at the notion of there being 8 Li's and not something more sane like 4/6.
Then there would be confusion and disappointment that Krogan fetish being the only thing catered for my likely primary character's orientation.
I always felt that DA:I's 8 romances (Lace Hardings "Romance" not included) was a tad excessive, also...

They really spoiled straight females didn't they? Personally I would be fine if ME:A settled for 4-Bisexual Romances like DA2 (1-Human Male, 1-Human Female, 1-Alien Male, and 1-Alien Female) and moved on. However since Romances are so popular I expect to see 6-8 romances this time around.

I don't do romances and I don't view them as an essential part of the game, so my reaction would be:
ME:A will most probably be similar to ME3 and DA:I.
You'll probably have a couple LIs on the squad and a few who stay on the ship, similar to Traynor or Cortez and DA:I's advisers.
Weren't there 8 romances in Inquisition? Surely the fact that this whole thread is a sort of non subtle jab at the romances in Inquisition did not go over peoples heads did it?

No you specifically called out straight white males. Which makes you sound like a bigot. If you hadn't thrown the white in there you might have got away with it in my book. Then it would have purely been a gender sexual preference imbalance point. You could have posted the ME3 Romance choices picture but with a 2nd one saying Mass effect Andromeda? where it was reversed so this time straight males had the fewest choices, and asked the valid question how would people feel if Romances looked like this in MEA. But you had to bring race into it, going for the straight white male.

Not sure I see your point, personally I feel you are just nitpicking, to be honest the white just kind of slipped in there as it has for some reason become an involuntary reflex to couple "white" with "straight male", perhaps this shows my subconscious racism in that I can't recognize that any other race than caucasian can be a straight male but I think it is that in popular media when talking about the greatest evil in the world "white" has become synonymous with "straight male" that it has become an involuntary reflex, meant to be straight males in general regardless of their race so just ignore the white part.
