Does anyone have any information what they are?
I mean if they are new schematics that would suck, considering I think I may have all the schematics I will need...I think. Are they crafting materials? Valuable Valuables? Acessoies?

From what I've read, they seem to give you all the awesome new gear that you can only otherwise find in Trespasser. The purple stuff with cool new abilities, like enhanced basic attacks. So they're actually tempting.
While I received enhanced cooldown amulet. Not entirely new stuff. I come to think, this probably ties to Inquisitor level or maybe in-game progress to unlock additional items in the pool. I'm currently on new char lvl4, very early Mage-Templar conflict in Hinterlands. I'll keep looking for more info see if any shipment arrives.
So far with a few trials on i have received squat. The trials that i have on are walk softly and the focus one.
I started new game and right now my character lvl 8 and I received 4 special shipments, I tried save\load procedure to see what do they have in store for me, and besides sigil of the bear everything else is crap, so I just keep collecting sigils of the bear. Having 200 mana\stamina is cool and -50 to regeneration not a big deal.
I may have to double check this as I had a level 14 character, but since realizing the added toggles post patch, I created an entirely new character and have noticed several items I haven't come across in several previous plays. I don't recall ever getting a special shipment note, they just seem to be new items entirely. Odd...

I've found some sigils as random loot in The Hinterlands and The Stormcoast.
I got a sigil and a purple belt. Have all trials on on nightmare. They ship on Haven too, but only on the game I started new. With an existing game at Haven with all trials on I get the note that I have a special shipment, but the chest is not clickable.
I received my first shipment in haven after in hushed whispers. After quick saving and quick loading for 50+ times, the worthwhile items are: sigil of the great bear (popping up 3-4 times), belt of the inferno pact (popping up at least 5 times), amulet of the barrier (generate barrier on hit), amulet of the second wind (generate stamina on kill), the best defense (lvl 20+ purple shield that I can't use). The rest are worthless sigils and a bunch of lvl 10 purples weapons with cool effects. The majority of the stuff are added through trespasser dlc.
I got "The Heart of Despair" which is a level 24 staff that has the unique effect of give 50% cold resistance and 50% physical damage resistance when equipped. It also has 80 weapon damage. Unfortunately, with no grip or blade slots it's just not worth using lategame if your goal is to do damage.
I also got the sigil of deathroot, and a sword called "Bolt" which is similar to the brand schematic except it has 100 more weapon damage and has a % chance to cast chain lightning on hit.
I'm currently soft resetting now to see if I get any schematics, so far no luck.

Got the Knight's Second schematic this way. Hilariously enough, if you sync it to the golden nug and then reload again you get to keep the schematic, which made me crack up.

Hello for number 1 yes, the enemies that scale to you will provide bonus xp.When you play with the trials on, you are gaining points to get items in the special shipments chest in skyhold. Once you have gained enough you will receive an item. Obviously the more trials you have enabled the faster it will gain.
Not sure how you "gain points," though.
