A friend of mine said he noticed a substantial difference when using the Amulet of Renewal on his Virtuoso. The amulet is likely better served for mages more than any other class; especially given how quickly they expend their mana.

Mages make the most use out of it seeing as there is not a mana amulet in the game.  Like Biggy said, the Virtuoso is the best served because mana is the only choke-point on how fast you can use abilities.

I put the Amulet of Renewal I don't have on my Saarebas. 10/10 would Bacon Barrage again.

Plus stamina mana regen is percentage based so more stamina= faster stamina recovery. But on virtuoso and keeper the renewal is a winner.

Yeah, I'm only using it on Keeper and Zither at the moment... 

 

I am wondering which stamina classes would benefit from this... Also if it is worth it on the Templar...

 

With the Superb Stamina amulet you can wombo combo straight away but be pretty empty after it, I am wondering how the timing is for the stamina regen for wombo combo plus other abilities...

Maybe I´m missing something but wombo combo doesn´t need anything. Used ist often before I got any good amulet or else.

while this is true I like to lead with a shield bash at times to break the guard down  and that is where the superb stamina  helps but the regen so you can livid is tough

It's mostly about virtuoso, but I did do some testing on stamina classes, mainly avvar.

If it's tl;dr then the renewal ammy is a 45% increase in regen rate, which makes it only 10% better then superb stamina ammy because the increased stamina pool also leads to increased regen, and when you factor in auto attacks that restore stamina and deep reserves, then superb ammy wins.

Thanks for explaining But I should have know I always (or sometimes) mess up with shield bash and wombo combo

I've been using it on Isabella with great success, at least in my opinion. Together with Hakkon dagger main hand and 5stacked Bloody Bargain off hand she needs a boost in stam regen to continue to spam bolts, ensuring 100% crit chance with spin/cannon From some quick testing i think i found the amulet to add about 70% faster stam regen, not sure how it stacks with her stam regen passive.
